Initial Comments:
A follow-up survey completed October 18, 2021 found that Arcadia Hospice, LLC had corrected the deficiencies cited under 42 CFR, Part 418.113, Subpart D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care-Emergency Preparedness. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a state re-licensure survey completed on August 18, 2021.
